1. Promotion
Ferrero should consider on having more promotions like they do with the Kinder Surprise (three in a box) and the different size of Ferrero Rocher boxes so customers would be more likely to choose Ferrero branded items over other brands.

2. People
Though Ferrero have built a good reputation with different variations of chocolates in an effort to cover different target audiences I think they should try to bring some of the chocolate products to different age groups that weren't intended for the product.

3. Product
For the Kinder Surprise for example they could place toys that are more relatable to the target audience or to a wider target audience (in response to above #2).
 

Brief Description of Ferrero's Product Range

The company Ferrero had a large depth of products rather than breadth wise. It's main focus is chocolate however there are other products that they offer under the brand items like Tic Tac etc. Within the three product lines the three main lines are Ferrero, Nutella and Kinder. Within these product lines the product mix has more products meaning their are many varieties in terms of what the company offers.

Potential Marketing Obejectives

In terms of chocolate related products they are doing a good job with supplying a variety amount of products to choose from as a customer. However to allow more revenue to be made they could change their packaging in order to create a new brand image for the teens in 2013 or another objective could be to develop more flavours in product lines that don't have as much compared to product lines like Kinder.
